MATRYCS project aims at exploitation of big data-driven services to improve buildings energy efficiency. There is a large number of building data hubs and vocabularies with little data exploitation because of the lack of interoperability building automation and IoT dynamic data sources and the lack of interoperable big data architectures. MATRYCS project will deliver an open Reference Architecture for Smart Energy Efficient Buildings leading to multi-party data exchange, including open modular big data cloud analytic toolbox for building analytics. Project outputs will be validated on 11 large scale pilots (i.e. facility managers, ESCOs, financial institutions, municipalities, utilities and electricity grids).
